As the primary designer for Infoblox IQ, I worked across AI platform strategy, security and network workflows, and cross-product experiences. My scope covered defining how the AI Assistant works across the platform, designing AI-assisted investigation and remediation flows, establishing human-in-the-loop patterns, scaling the AI design system, validating concepts with customers, and partnering closely with product, engineering, architecture, and data science from early strategy through implementation.

The challenge was not just designing an AI assistant, but defining how it should behave across a complex platform. I had to balance context, trust, user control, scalability, and technical feasibility while creating patterns that could work across very different security and network workflows.

Recognized with Infoblox’s Team SuperBloxer Award for creating an AI-assisted prototyping workflow that cut setup time from ~2 hours to ~15 minutes and enabled teams to produce code that was ~60% production-ready.
Mind Mastery Day - AI Prototyping session
Led an internal session for 100+ product and engineering team members on when AI prototyping helps, when it hurts, and how to prompt more effectively, introducing a practical framework to improve output quality and reduce unnecessary iterations.
