I had the pleasure of working with Tejasvi Shiv as a User Experience Designer Intern at Emerson. Tejasvi demonstrated a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and applied them effectively to an R&D project while collaborating with mentors, developers, senior developers, UX designers, and customers. He was dedicated, punctual, eager to learn, and brought strong Figma skills that supported our team’s transition from Adobe XD. A highlight of his internship was conducting customer feedback sessions, analyzing insights, and translating them into actionable design improvements for future backlog refinements. His collaboration, communication, and design skills helped strengthen our understanding of customer needs and improve the product experience.
